Orders
Why haven't I recieved my order confirmation?
Didn’t get your order confirmation email? Don’t panic - it happens. A couple of things could be going on:
- Sometimes it just takes a bit for the system to do its thing. Give it 2–3 hours.
- Our email might have slipped into your spam or junk folder (sneaky, we know).
Checked both and still nothing? Hit up our customer support team and they’ll sort it out for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Want to cancel an order? Here’s how it works:
- If it hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel it straight from your account. Log in, head to your order history, choose the order, and follow the steps.
- If it’s already on its way, you won’t be able to stop it mid-delivery - but no worries. Once it arrives, you can still return it. Just check our Return Policy for the details.

What do your grading conditions mean?
We believe tech should fit every budget. That’s why we keep our grading system simple and easy to understand - no jargon, no hidden catches. Just three clear options: Good, Excellent, Pristine. Here’s how they stack up:
Good:
This device will show signs of usage from light, moderate scuffs and scratches to more substantial cosmetic blemishes. The phone will work like any other device and will have gone through a series of rigorous tests to ensure it is fully functioning.
Excellent:
This device may show very minor signs of use, from small and minor scratches to slight marks on the body of the device. Generally speaking this device will be in very good condition with a guaranteed minimum battery health of 80%. Like all of our devices, it will work like any other phone and will have gone through a series of rigorous tests to ensure it is fully functioning.
Pristine:
It is our guarantee that a pristine device will look and feel brand new with no scratches or blemishes. With a minimum battery capacity of 80%, it is a great way to get your hands on the latest device, save money AND help the planet without compromising on cosmetic quality!
What battery health do your devices come with?
Every device we sell comes with at least 80% battery health - so you can count on it to keep up with you for years, without losing any of its smarts.
Do I get a SIM card?
None of our devices come with a SIM card or a contract. Every phone is fully unlocked, so you’re free to pick the plan and the network, that works best for you.

Trade-In
How long till I recieve my payment?
As soon as your device lands with us and passes our trade-in checks, we’ll process your payment the same day (Monday–Friday). After that, it’s over to your bank - give it 24–72 hours to show up in your account.
One thing to watch out for: if your phone still has a passcode or personal data on it, that can slow things down.
What Payment options do you offer?
At TPO, we make it easy to choose the payment method that suits you. You can go with bank transfer, gift card, PayPal, or store credit. And if you pick store credit, we’ll add a 5% bonus to spend on your next refurbished upgrade!

Delivery
How much is delivery?
Spend £350 or more and next day delivery’s on us. Orders under £350? No problem - it’s just £3.95 for next day delivery.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your parcel here.
Can’t find it or having trouble tracking? Don’t worry - our team’s got you. Just email info@tpo.com or send us a message on live chat, and we’ll sort it out.
Our delivery times
Place your order before 4:00 pm, and we’ll ship it the same day for next working day delivery. Orders after 4:00 pm go out the next working day. (Bank holidays and weekends don’t count.)

Can I change my delivery address?
Absolutely - you can change your delivery address as long as your parcel hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once it’s on its way, we can’t alter the address or recipient.
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll be happy to help!
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Unfortunately we currently only ship within mainland UK.
Returns & Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return lands with us, we’ll process your refund within 10 business days. The cash goes straight back to the same payment method you used - no funny business.

Are returns free?
Not totally happy with your purchase? No problem - you’ve got 30 days to return it. Just a heads-up: return postage is your responsibility, so we recommend using a trackable, insured service. Better safe than sorry - we wouldn’t want your device going on a solo adventure.

Make sure to print your label and stick it on the front of your parcel before dropping it off at your local post office. We also recommend using a trackable, insured delivery method - better safe than sorry.
And don’t forget to hang on to your return receipt until we’ve received and processed your parcel.
